5/5 stars! I bought my first home with Nicole as my agent. The best part of my entire experience was the absolute trust I had in her. From day one, she was high energy answering all my questions and educating me on all the points of buying a house. I was in good hands as she slowed down and was patient with me whenever I was confused or flustered. We met on a Monday, I was pre-approved for a loan on Tuesday, and my offer was accepted the next Monday. In a short closing period she helped me coordinate inspectors, was tough in negotiations, and followed up with all parties which ensured a smooth closing. I recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a truly exceptional realtor.

Nicole was just fabulous! She was so attentive from start to finish. She started by walking us through our home to set priorities to get ready for sale, spent long hours going through all the fine print on our paperwork with utmost patience, gave us a very accurate timeline to work from, and steadily guided us through strategic moves to deal with the fast-changing market of August/September 2021. She's extremely knowledgeable but also so compassionate and good humored. Working with her was nothing short of a joy and we're grateful to have her in our lives. She was an advocate for our family, developed a rapport with the seller's agent, and ultimately got the seller to choose us even though they had higher offers. She connects with people easily, and in this tough market, it might just be the difference between getting the home and not.
